    1. Operating Hours: Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on weekends and Japanese public holidays.
    2. Reservation Changes and Cancellations: Please notify us of any reservation changes or cancellations at least 11 days in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
      The cancellation charges are as follows:
      • 8 to 10 days prior: 30%
      • The day before to 7 days prior: 50%
      • Same day: 100%
      * Cancellation policies may vary depending on peak/off-peak seasons.
    3. Clarify Inquiry Details: Please organize your inquiry details clearly before contacting us. For example, including a detailed description of your question will allow us to provide a faster and more accurate response.
